Who is Winterräder Direkt for?

We support garages, car dealerships, dealers and body shops in Switzerland. Our focus is rims, tyres and complete wheels, plus the technical clarification behind them.

Can I use the configurator with my own logo?

Yes. The white-label configurator puts your garage front and centre. Your company branding accompanies the selection and the quote. Just ask us for access.

How do I get dealer access?

Select “Configurator access” in the enquiry form and enter your company and contact details. Our team will discuss the partnership with you and guide you through the set-up.

Which vehicle brands are included?

All of them. Whatever car brand your customer drives, we have the right wheels for every vehicle. You check the selection for a specific vehicle right after choosing it.

Can I choose the tyre brand myself?

Yes. You combine rims and tyres to match the combination you want. The configurator shows you which variants are currently available.

Can I create quotes with my company logo?

Yes. You create quotes in your garage's branding. Before sending, check the company, customer and product details as well as your terms. A logo alone is no substitute for checking the quote.

Can my team manage quotes?

The quote overview brings together quotes and their status. That lets your team distinguish between open, ordered and cancelled transactions. The screenshots shown here contain sample data.

Can I create a complete wheel catalogue?

Yes. Choose the season and up to three tyre brands. This creates a customised overview for your sales conversations. The actual selection depends on the vehicle and range.

What does “inspection-free” mean?

The term refers to a specific wheel-vehicle combination and its conditions. It is not a blanket promise for every modification. Check the associated documents or ask us about your case.

How do I find the right wheel certificate?

Use the DTC wheel certificate finder or send us your vehicle and rim details. The rim designation, dimension, offset and the exact vehicle version are all helpful.

Which vehicle details do you need?

Tell us the make, model and model year. For technical questions, the exact version, rim details and, if applicable, the type approval from the vehicle registration document help.

Do you carry out your own ASA tests?

Yes. Our own ASA tests are part of our technical work. We'll discuss which clarification is required for your case based on the vehicle and the documents.

Where are the wheels shipped from?

We work with a Swiss warehouse and are based in Lenzburg. Actual availability depends on your selection.

Where can I see current availability?

You check the current selection and the availability shown in the configurator. For larger orders or fixed deadlines, coordinating directly with our team helps.

How quickly will I get a reply?

Our goal is to reply within 24 hours. Describe your request as specifically as possible. For urgent questions, you can reach us by phone.

Can I order on this website?

Orders and product selection run through the configurator or our sister shops. This website guides you to services, contacts and tools.

Where can I find the right wheel bolts?

The wheel bolt finder helps you choose. Pay attention to the details on vehicle, rim and fastening, and ask us before ordering if you're unsure.

How do I find the right hub ring?

The hub ring finder helps match the rim bore to the vehicle hub. Use reliable measurements and double-check the right combination.

Do you offer lowering springs?

At tieferlegungsfedern.ch you'll find our offers up to 40 mm. Check the vehicle-specific suitability and the required documents.

Can I request a special combination?

Yes. Describe what you have in mind and add any known vehicle and rim details. We'll discuss with you which additional details or checks are needed.
